The double BRIT winner Tinie Tempah has revealed that he wants to sell one million albums with his next release. Tinie Tempah also boosted that he wants a sell out 2011 arena tour. Tinie Tempah, 22, said "I reckon in 2011, towards the end of it, I'm going to do an arena tour - and sell it out - then I reckon I'm going to release another album, and fingers crossed it can go platinum again, and double platinum, and treble. JLS have robustly defended themselves after NME nominated them in the "Worse Group" category for the second time. JLS band member Ortise William cited the bands charity work and saying that the band had made a significant contribution to modern music. Ortise said "To be totally honest, I was disappointed that NME would even put us up for that award because we've brought something really significant to music. We also do a lot of charity work. So if NME think JLS are the worst band for all the good we're trying to do, I'd have to question them."

Elton John said "They all sound the same. It's hard to tell Girls Aloud from The Saturdays. And then there's Cheryl Cole... It's all crap. British pop music like that is the worst, it's just awful." He also criticised the "growing" trend of miming. Walsh said "I don't think it ever pays to slag people off in such a derogatory way -- it's in bad taste. Oxford band Radiohead have surprised the music industry by announcing that their new album will be available to download this week from Saturday February 19th 2011. The new Radiohead album is called “The King of Limbs” but, unlike the last album, it will not be available "free" but will cost £6. The last Radiohead album In “Rainbows” was released via an “honesty” scheme with fans being invited to pay “what they thought it was worth”.
