Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights Live

The widely regarded Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights will take over Manchester Arena next year.
The original cast are set to reunite for a series of Phoenix Nights arena shows during January and February 2015. The shows will take place at Manchester Arena and are in support of Comic Relief.
Peter Kay will be joined by fellow writers and actors Neil Fitzmaurice and Dave Spikey along with long-time collaborator and Take Me Out host Paddy McGuiness.
Phoenix Nights, which first aired on Channel 4 in 2001, follows the story of Peter Kay’s character Brian Potter. Potter owns The Phoenix Club and hopes to make it the best club in Bolton.
The show was a huge success with fans and critics. In 2002 it landed the People’s Choice Award at the British Comedy Awards.
The Phoenix Nights stage shows mark a rare chance for fans to see Peter Kay live. Following his last UK tour in 2010, the comedian has made few live appearances.
Peter Kay at Blackpool Opera House

Peter Kay will head to Blackpool Opera House in November where he will play a special Q&A on Saturday 15 November 2014.
The one-off event will include a question session with the comedian, where fans will be able to submit their questions, along with showcasing and discussing favourite moments of the comedian’s work. Fans will get a real insight into the workings of Peter Kay and his most successful shows.
It will be the first time Peter Kay has made a live stage appearance since 2012 and follows on from his recording-breaking tour.

Peter Kay is back for one night only with the award winning radio presenter DJ Danny Baker for Peter Kay In Conversation. The record-breaking stand-up comedian will be giving the audience an insight into his most successful shows, including Phoenix Nights, Max & Paddy’s Road To Nowhere, That Peter Kay Thing and his famous alter ego, Geraldine McQueen.
Peter Kay has written three top-selling books that include The Sound Of Laughter, Phoenix Nights; The Scripts, Saturday Night Peter and The Book That’s More Than A Book.
