England Ashes team to embark on "four-day mystery bonding" trip before leaving to Australia

The 24 man England cricket team will leave England in the early hours of 24th September in preparation for their Ashes campaign. The ECB is quoted as saying "We are having a number of team get-togethers before departing for the Ashes but we are not going to divulge dates, times, places or format.” Before the last Ashes test the England cricket team travelled to Flanders. The England selectors meet on Monday, with the England Ashes team announced on September 30th 2010.

Australian cricket legend Shane Warne has publically stated that England have their "best ever" chance of ensuring The Ashes' urn remains in England. The Ashes, which start in Brisbane in November, are tipped to be a very closely matched affair. The Poms did however win the recent NatWest Series against the Aussies
