David Guetta
Paris born David Guetta (born 7th November 1967) first shot to fame with his hit remix of dance classics, The Egg’ “Walkin Away” – Love Don't Let Me Go (2002) and “Just A Little More Love”.
He went onto achieve commercial success outside the dance community and produced music for Pop and R&B phenomenon Black Eyes Peas for their single “Gettin’ Over You” as well as collaborating with Usher, Kid Cudi, Taio Cruz and Ludacris.
David Guetta also became well-known for his infamous F**k Me I’m Famous Parties which he organises with his wife Cathy Guetta who works in PR.
In the last six years David Guetta has received a number of high profile accolades to his ever-growing collection of achievements; no less than three DJ magazine awards for Best House DJ (2007, 2008) and Best International DJ (2006) as well as two Grammys.
He released his latest album in 2011, Nothing but the Beat which was another worldwide success: certified Gold in the UK, three times Platinum in France, Platinum in Australia and three times Gold in Germany.
