- You will receive valid tickets for your event.
- Your tickets will be dispatched on time before the event
- If a problem arises GET ME IN! will step in to provide you with replacement tickets, that are comparable or better - at no additional cost to you.
And, in the unlikely event we are unable to keep any of these commitments we guarantee that we will refund you 100% of your money. What we ask of you:
- Please check your package upon delivery. If you find before the event that tickets are not the same or better than the ones you ordered, please give GET ME IN! a call right away.
- Don’t use any incorrect tickets to attend an event unless you are happy to accept them as they are without a refund.
- Please ensure that you keep any unused tickets which you need to return to us in order to receive your refund.
