We had a great night at Robbie Williams last night - and all thanks to your team. Ordering tickets the day before wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done but having enjoyed the Saturday show so much we just had to go back.
Having been let down in the past I am still a little bit wary of what we buy over the web and therefore was a bit fearful that our tickets wouldn't arrive until the day after the show.
