Specifically, we guarantee that:
- You will receive the tickets you ordered (comparable or better).
- Tickets will be dispatched in time for the event.*
- You will be refunded if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.

What if something goes wrong?In the unlikely event we are unable to keep this commitment, we will refund 100% of your money plus a 50% credit towards any future purchase.
* Tickets lost, delayed or damaged by the courier will be handled in accordance with section 4.1 of the Buyer Agreement.
