BST Hyde Park returns in 2015 for another summer filled with the leading acts in music, comedy and entertainment from across the globe!

First headliner announced: Taylor Swift

The first headline act to be confirmed on the 2015 line-up was the global superstar Taylor Swift. She will headline the festival on Saturday 27 June. The concert will see the star performing tracks from her No.1 album 1989, including her huge hit Shake It Off.

Taylor Swift will be joined by two of the biggest names in British music, Ellie Goulding and John Newman, during her headline concert.

Second headliner announced: The Who

The legendary British group, The Who, will play the main stage on Friday 26 June. The group celebrated 50 years together last year and, this summer, the celebrations will continue with a huge headline concert in Hyde Park.

The Who will be joined by special guests Paul Weller, Kaiser Chiefs and Johnny Marr, plus many more acts.

Third headliner announced: Kylie Minogue

Sunday 21 June is set to be disco heaven with pop princess Kylie Minogue headlining the main stage. She will be joined by special guests Grace Jones and Chic featuring Nile Rodgers. Kylie Minogue was the third headline act to be announced on the BST Hyde Park 2015 line-up.

Fourth headliner announced: Blur

BST Hyde Park Festival have confirmed that Blur will return to the live circuit following the release of their first album in 12 years. The classic Blur line-up of Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James and Dave Rowntree will headline the festival for the fourth time on 20 June, making them the only band to headline BST Hyde Park a whopping four times.

Blur are due to release The Magic Whip, their eighth studio album and first since Think Tank, on 27 April. Get ready to hear tracks from their new release, along with those classic songs, when Blur take to the main stage this summer.

Fifth headliner announced: The Strokes

The New York five-piece will make their UK return this summer when they headline BST Hyde Park festival on Thursday 18 June. The Strokes’ Hyde Park gig will be the group’s first UK concert since 2011 when they headlined Reading and Leeds festival. The huge summer show will be their only UK festival appearance of 2015.

Joining the Strokes on 18 June will be special guests Beck and Future Islands, along with Temples, Public Service Broadcasting, The Wytches, Hinds, Gengahr, Yak and Kieran Leonard.

The Strokes debut album, Is This It, reached huge acclaimed. It landed on NME’s and Rolling Stone’s “Greatest Albums” lists. The band released their fifth collection, Comedown Machine, in 2013 and have sold over five million albums in total.

Mid-week comedy line-up

Rich Hall (and his band), Jim Jefferies, Ed Byrne and Ardal O’Hanlon lead the midweek 2015 comedy BST Hyde Park line-up. The comedians will provide laughs throughout the week from Monday 22 June to Thursday 25 June.

Rich Hall and his band will entertain on Monday 22 June. He will be joined by Marcus Brigstocke, Shappi Khorsandi, Romesh Ranga Nathan and special guest host Russell Kane. On Tuesday 23 June, Jim Jefferies will top the comedy bill. Katherine Ryan, Glenn Wool, Jamali Maddix and Andrew Maxwell (special guest host) join Jim Jefferies.

Ed Byrne will be the next comedian to take to the stage on Wednesday 24 June. Joining him are Gina Yashere, Jimeoin, Daniel Sloss and special guest host Stephen K Amos. The mid-week comedy bill is completed with Ardal O’Hanlon, who will headline the comedy stage on Thursday 25 June. Nina Conti, The Boy With The Tape On His Face, Joe Lycett and special guest host Jerred Christmas complete the line-up.

BST Hyde Park presents Britain’s Biggest Family Event

On Sunday 28 June, Hyde Park will be teaming with the best musical acts, comedians and entertainers for a day which will thrill the whole family.

Union J and Collabro will be joined by Cbeebies superstar Justin Fletcher, Dick & Dom, Bart & Homer Simpson, SpongeBob Squarepants and many more.

The day will give attendees a chance to meet their favourite YouTuber in the Teen Zone, while over the Urban Area there will be BMXing, mountain biking and Parkour. A constant hit each year, Family Day will mark the end the 2015 BST Hyde Park festival.

Last year, BST Hyde Park spanned over 10-days and included headline performances from the leading names in music, including Black Sabbath, The Libertines, Arcade Fire, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, McBusted and Tom Jones. How to get to BST Hyde Park

The festival takes place in the centre of London at Hyde Park on the Parade Ground (East Side of Hyde Park) so it is easy to access via public transport.

By tube or train

The central location means that many tube stations are close by including Hyde Park Corner, Marble Arch, Bond Street, Knightsbridge, Green Park and Lancaster Gate. Alternatively, Paddington and Victoria train stations are a short distance away.

By bus

Catch the bus to or from Marble Arch, Hyde Park Corner or Knightsbridge stops. The festival site is just a short walk from each bus stop.

By bike

BST Hyde Park will provide a temporary bike rack for the duration of the festival. This will be located at the Albert Gate entrance. Bikes are not permitted inside the festival.
