On Blackheath festival returns for another summer with an exciting line-up including headliners Elbow and Madness.
Elbow, the Mercury Prize-winning band who released The Take Off and Landing of Everything in 2014, will perform at the event on Saturday 17 February. The Manics join Elbow on the Saturday alongside Brit singer-songwriter Anna Calvi.
Closing the festival – and what’s sure to be one raucous evening – are the ska legends Madness. The group will bring out their hits from Our House to Baggy Trousers. They top the bill on Sunday 13 September whilst Kelis and Laura Mvula will perform earlier on in the day.

On Blackheath is a festival with a difference. The event combines the best new talent with established, unmissable artists compiling a unique line-up of acts.
The family-friendly event mixes music with food; an extensive food village will be open to guests offering street food, a chef’s club and pop-up restaurant. The festival is complete with a playground, urban arts experience and plenty of surprises.
How to get to On Blackheath festival
The festival is easy to access from Lewisham, Blackheath and Greenwich stations. Signposts will be at all stations. Festival goers can either take the train, DLR, tube or Thames Clippers. Please note that the festival will be a car-free zone with no parking available nearby.
