Carl Froch and George Groves agree to a rematch that will take place on 31 May at unnamed football stadium.
The British super-middleweight rivals have agreed to a world title rematch following their fight in November.
Promoter Eddie Hearn expects it to be the biggest fight in boxing history and is hoping for an attendance of over 80,000 people.
It has not been confirmed where the fight will take place but the Old Trafford, Wembley, Twickenham, Nottingham Forest and Emirates are all allegedly in consideration.
The November fight saw Froch beat Groves and keep his WBA and IBF super-middleweight titles. However, dispute ensued when the fight was stopped by referee Howard Foster during the ninth round with the reason that Groves could no longer continue.
When the fight was stopped Groves was leading on points after knocking out Froch in the first round. Since then, Groves has led an appeal for a rematch with IBF ordering Froch to fight Groves again.
