Monty Python London reunion show confirmed
Comedy group Monty Python announced that they will perform their Monty Python Live Reunion show at The O2, London.

The original members of the legendary comedy troupe are set to reform for the performance on 1 July 2014. Tickets go on sale on Monday.

The news was announced at a press conference today, which saw the original members of Monty Python attend: John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin.

Warwick Davis, who performed in Spamalot, hosted the press conference.

The press conference confirmed that the original members of the group will all be taking part in the performances. The sixth member of Monty Python, Graham Chapman, died in 1989.

The press conference was held at The Playhouse Theatre in London, which is where Monty Python’s Spamalot is currently running.
