Final Monty Python show to broadcast live on TV
The final performance of Monty Python’s stage show will broadcast live on television via the channel Gold.

The Pythons, who announced a string of reunion shows last year, will perform for the final time at The O2, London, on 29 July. In celebration of the occasion of the show will be broadcast on Gold.

A live behind the scenes special will be aired prior to the final ever performance from John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin.

Along with the live show, Gold has also announced a five-part series that will celebrate Monty Python by airing people’s favourite scenes from their hit BBC television show, Monty Python’s Flying Circus.

Monty Pythons Live (almost) will run for ten-nights at the The O2 from 1 – 5 July and 15 – 20 July. Monty Python tickets are still available for all dates.
