Monty Python London residency gets underway
Monty Python kicked off their 10-night reunion run at London’s The O2 last night.

The original Pythons reunited for the first time in three decades to perform new and old material including their famous Dead Parrot sketch.

The 10-night reunion run has been named the Monty Python Live (Almost), after Graham Chapmam who died in 1989.

John Cleese, Michael Palin, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones performed many of fans’ favourite sketched including ending the show with their classic All Look On The Bright Side.



Celebrities were out in force to see the opening night including Stephen Fry, who made a brief appearance on stage to partake in one of their sketches.



The last performances on 20 July 2014 will be live broadcast via Gold. Monty Python perform at the O2 from 2 – 5 July 2014 and 15 -20 July 2014. Tickets for Monty Python’s shows are still available through GET ME IN!
