Taylor Swift announces 2015 world tour with three UK dates

Taylor Swift has announced a 2015 world tour in support of her hit fifth album 1989 which will include three shows in the UK.
The Shake It Off singer will perform in Manchester, Glasgow and London during June 2015 on her 1989 world tour.
The star’s London date will be part of the British Summer Time Hyde Park festival and will take place on 27 June 2015. She is the first 2015 headline act to be announced. The BST Hyde Park concert marks the last of Taylor Swift’s UK tour dates.
The 24-year-old singer will also perform at Glasgow’s The SSE Hydro on 23 June and Manchester’s Arena on 24 June 2015. Taylor Swift will also visit Europe, North America and Australia as part of the world tour.
The tour is in support of 1989, her fifth studio album, which shot to No.1 in numerous countries following its release including the UK and Australia. The album is the follow-up to Red and includes the lead track Shake It Off.
Earlier in the year, Taylor Swift headed to the capital for a residency at London’s The O2 arena as part of her Red world tour.
Taylor Swift tickets will go on general sale on Friday 14 November with presales starting from Friday 7 November.
