06 Nov 2014
Capital FM confirmed that Taylor Swift will perform during the second day of the Jingle Bell Ball.
The Shake It Off singer is due to perform at the event held at London’s The O2 on Sunday 7 December.
Taylor Swift will be joined by the biggest names in pop including Ed Sheeran who Swift collaborated with on her track Everything Has Changed. Also performing on the Sunday will be Sigma, Sam Smith, 5 Seconds of Summer, Jessie J, Rixton and Fuse ODG.
The news was confirmed this morning by Capital FM following yesterday’s announcement that Take That, OneRepublic and The Vamps will perform during the first day of the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball.
An exciting week for Swift, the 24-year-old made US Chart history when her fifth album 1989 became her third consecutive album to reach over one million sales during its opening week in the states. The singer is the only person to have reached this achievement.
She also announced her world tour in support of 1989 which will visit the UK during June. The singer is set to perform in Glasgow, Manchester and London. The latter of which will part of the British Summer Time Hyde Park concert series. Tickets go on general sale on Friday 7 November for Taylor Swift's tour and the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball.
