Arctic Monkeys to headline Reading and Leeds Festival

Reading and Leeds Festival announced their second headliner as Arctic Monkeys who will join Blink-182.
The festival, which takes place on 22-24 August, announced that Arctic Monkeys will headline and revealed further acts on the 2014 line-up including The 1975, Courteeners, You Me At Six and Warpaint.
It will be the third time Arctic Monkeys have performed at the festival and the second time headlining after their headline slot in 2009. They will also be headlining T in the Park over the summer.
Arctic Monkeys enjoyed a hugely successful year in 2013 with the release of their fifth No.1 album AM, closing the first night of Glastonbury festival and embarking on a UK tour.
Leeds and Reading Festival also confirmed performances from SBTRKT, Warpaint, Netsky, Annie Mac, Architects, Issues, Pusha T, Krept & Konan, Royal Blood and Hozier over the bank holiday weekend.
Joining them at the festival will be previously announced bands Jake Bugg, Disclosure live, Metronomy, Of Mice & Men, Wilkinson and I Am Legion.
