Gregory Porter to play BluesFest 2014

Gregory Porter, the Grammy Award winner, is the latest act confirmed to play BlueFest 2014 joining Van Morrison, Elvis Costello and Sheryl Crow.
Gregory Porter will perform an evening show on Monday 27 October 2014 at the six day festival that is held on 26 – 31 October 2014 at Royal Albert Hall in London.
Gregory Porter won the Best Vocal Jazz Album Grammy in 2014 for his album Liquid Spirit that was released in 2013. It is his debut album with Blue Note Records.
The jazz singer joins headliners Level 42, Van Morrison, Elvis Costello (with Georgie Fame opening) and Sheryl Crow on the 2014 line-up. Also performing at BluesFest 2014 will be Dr Feelgood, Marcus Bonfanti, Nell Bryden, Jo Harmen and more.
The festival, which is now in its fourth year, celebrates blues, soul, jazz and R&B music with performances throughout the Royal Albert Hall. BluesFest 2014 features a mixture of evening shows and daytime sessions, including exhibitions and showcases.
