BluesFest London announce first acts on 2014 lineup

Elvis Costello, Sheryl Crow, Georgie Fame and Van Morrison, amongst others, are announced as the first acts to play BluesFest 2014.
BluesFest 2014, now in its fourth year, takes place from 26 – 31 October 2014 at London’s Royal Albert Hall. The festival has revealed the first acts on the 2014 line-up.
Opening the festival will be Level 42 who will perform on Sunday 27 October. Tuesday 28 October will see a performance from Van Morrison while Elvis Costello performs on 29 October with Georgie Fame who opens for Costello.
Sheryl Crow will perform on the final night on Friday 31 October 2013, with more acts to be announced.
The festival has been held at the Royal Albert Hall since 2013 and this year it spans over six days, last year it lasted for four days and attracted over 40,000 people. The festival features day and evening shows with performances taking place throughout the Royal Albert Hall.
BluesFest 2014 tickets go on general sale on Friday 4 April 2014.
