Prince and Tinie Tempah At Hop Farm Festival 2011
26 May 2011
Who would have thought a small festival in the deepest Kent countryside would become the most talked about festival of the year? But then, Hop Farm Festival’s coup of getting Prince to headline and make his first ever appearance at a festival is quite an achievement afterall.
Prince is set to headline the final of 3 days at Kent’s Hop Farm near Paddock Wood that also sees Tinie Tempah, Parade and Labrinth amongst more to be announced shortly.
Rock legends The Eagles and Indie icon Morrissey headline the other days, which also sees the likes of Patti Smith, Loud Reed, Brandon Flowers and Iggy and The Stooges amongst may more stellar guests.
Hop Farm Festival is located near Paddock Wood in Kent. A mere 40-minute train journey from Central London will get you to a festival with a refreshing twist. The unbranded, alternative and laid-back vibe at Hop Farm, along with fabulous line-ups has won the hearts of many festival goers. Bob Dylan, Ray Davies, Neil Young, Paul Weller, Primal Scream, Mumford & Sons and Van Morrison topped the Hop Farm Festival bill in previous years.
