Libertines announce three London shows following Hyde Park reunion concert
The Libertines have announced a trio of London shows for September 2014 following their reunion over the weakened.

The iconic band, that is frontmen Pete Doherty and Carl Barat, John Hassall and Gary Powell, will perform at London’s Alexandra Palace on 26, 27 and 28 September 2014.

The Libertines reunited for the first time in four years on Saturday 5 July 2014. The show was part of the British Summer Time Hyde Park festival and was the first time The Libertines performed together since Reading and Leeds Festival 2014.

Fans at the Hyde Park reunion concert were treated to The Libertines’ classics including Can’t Stand Me Now, Don’t Look Back Into The Sun and What A Waster, while Pete Doherty also performed a drum solo.

The Libertines first formed in 1997 but disbanded in 2004 following the release of their hit second album. Despite only producing two albums during their years together, the band earned cult status and gained a loyal fan base. The Libertines tickets are now on sale for their London concerts.
