Coldplay Confirmed For German Festivals
Coldplay have announced their first big comeback concerts. The band will headline Germany’s massive Rock Am Ring Festival and its twin-side, Rock Im Park between 3rd-5th June.

Chris Martin and his men have been busy writing and recording their forthcoming new album with Brian Eno. The as-yet untitled album is the long awaited follow-up to 2008’s multi-Platinum “Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends.” The new album is expected to hit the shops sometime in 2011.

In addition to the headline shows at Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park, Coldplay are playing 2 low-key UK shows next month in support for charity organisation, Crisis in Liverpool (19th December) and Newcastle Upon Tyne (20th December).

Coldplay are also tipped to be the 3rd headliner at this year’s Glastonbury Festival. Although the Glastonbury organisers have not revealed any act for 2011, it is widely believed that Price and Irish rocker, U2 are the headline acts at Worthy Farm this summer.
