Janes Addiction to perform in London and Manchester

Jane’s Addiction head to London and Manchester in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Nothing’s Shocking.
The influential rockers will perform their debut album, Nothing’s Shocking, in its entirety in both London and Manchester to celebrate the final weeks of the album’s 25th anniversary.
Jane’s Addiciton will perform at London’s O2 Brixton Academy on 20 August and O2 Apollo Manchester on 21 August.
Lead singer Perry Farrell commented, “When we started planning to do a few of these events for “Shocking” we really felt that we absolutely had to make London and Manchester part of the celebration. The fans there and in the UK played such a strong part in making it special the first time around.”
The album was first released in 1988 and includes the Grammy-nominated single Jane Says, plus Mountain Song and Ocean Size.
On top their success as band – they have sold over seven million records in the US - they created Lollapalooza festival in 1991, spearheading the American festival culture.
Jane’s Addiction tickets will go on general sale on Friday 2 May.
