Foo Fighters complete new album
Foo Fighter’s producer has confirmed that they have completed recording their latest album.

Butch Vig, the Foo Fighter’s producer, tweeted on 30 July 2014 that the band have finished working on their new album.

The producer tweeted, "We are officially done with the new Foo Fighters album. 23 straight days mixing! IT'S EPIC!!!"

The Foo Fighters confirmed their eighth studio album in May 2014 revealing that it has been recorded in eight different states across America and the release will be accompanied by a miniseries.

Foo Fighters are set to make their UK return in September 2014 when they will headline the Invictus Games closing ceremony.

The Invictus Games closing ceremony take place at London’s Queen Elizabeth Park on 14 September 2014 and will include music from The Vamps, Kaiser Chiefs, Ellie Goulding and more before Foo Fighters close the show.
