Collabro ends Ed Sheerans chart reign
Ed Sheeran’s album X has been toppled from the top spot by Collabro’s Stars ending his eight-week reign.

The Britian’s Got Talent winners headed straight to No.1 with their debut album Stars knocking Ed Sheeran out of the top spot in No.2 and ending his chart reign.

Previously, Ed Sheeran had been the UK’s No.1 for eight week’s with his second solo album X. Collabro’s album contains a mixture of covers and show-tunes while Ed Sheeran’s album includes the Pharrell Williams produced track Sing.

Finishing off this week’s Top 5 was The Courteeners with Concrete of Love, Sam Smith’s In The Lonely Hour and George Ezra’s Wanted On Voyage, respectively.

Ed Sheeran will take X on the road during October 2014. The tour is he first headline arena tour of the UK and Ireland and includes over 20 dates across the country. Tickets are on now sale for the tour.
