Cliff Richard returns to recording in Nashville

Cliff Richard is back in the studio to record his 101st album ahead of tickets going on sale for his 75th birthday tour around the UK.
The singer has been reported to have returned to the The Parlor Studio in Nashville to lay down tracks for his 101st album.
Cliff Richard recently worked in the Nashville studio to complete his 100th album – The Fabulous Rock and Roll Playbook that was released in November 2013.
The album marked his 100th release and included rock and roll tracks that have inspired him from The Drifters’ Such A Night to Buddy Holly’s Rave On You. The album also includes the original track One More Sunny Day.
Meanwhile, the singer is set to tour the UK during autumn 2015 in celebration of his 75th birthday. The tour will visit Birmingham, Sheffield, Liverpool, Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle and Nottingham along with five nights at London’s Royal Albert Hall.
Cliff Richard tickets go on general sale on Saturday 1 November with presales starting from Thursday 30 October.
