Foo Fighters to play Slane Castle in Dublin
Foo Fighters’ fans in Ireland are in luck as the Dave Grohl led band have announced they will play Dublin’s Slane Castle next summer.

The rockers will perform at the Dublin venue on 30 May 2015. The news was confirmed this morning via their official Facebook page. Tickets will be on general sale on Monday 1 December.

Foo Fighters will be joined by special guests Kaiser Chiefs and Hozier, along with more acts to be announced in due course.

The concert is part of their summer tour which sees the band play numerous huge shows in stadiums throughout the UK.

Along with Dublin, Foo Fighters are set perform at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light, Manchester’s Old Trafford Cricket Ground and Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium. The group will play a duo of shows at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Foo Fighters 2015 tour is in support of their eighth studio album, Sonic Highways. The unique collection was recorded in eight different states across America; a different state for each track on the album.

Tickets go on general sale on Monday 1 December for Foo Fighters’ Dublin concert with tickets now on sale for their UK tour dates.
