Due to huge demand to see the man of the moment, Ed Sheeran has announced a second concert at London’s Wembley Stadium.
The singer will now perform at Wembley Stadium in London on 10 and 11 July 2015. Tickets are now on sale. The concerts are the 23-year-olds biggest headline shows to date.
2014 has proved to be a huge year for Ed Sheeran. Last month, he embarked on his largest tour of the UK and Ireland.
The huge tour was his first headlining arena tour and included multiple sell-out nights at several venues. The tour was in support of his second release, X. Along with his tour, this year he landed his first No.1 single following the release of Sing. This was quickly followed by a second No.1 single, Thinking Out Loud.
The singer-songwriter is now set to swap arenas for stadiums next summer when he undertakes headlining two nights at one of the UK’s most iconic venues.
Ed Sheeran first caught the attention of the music industry in 2011 with his debut album +. He has since gone on to achieve two No.1 albums and his numerous hits include Sing, The A Time and Don’t.
