Supertramp announce London concert on Forever tour
23 Feb 2015
Supertramp have confirmed a headline gig at London’s The O2 as part of their first tour in over five years.
The group who enjoyed huge success in the ‘70s will return to where it all started to play a headline gig in the capital on 7 December.
The concert at The O2 arena is part of a wider European tour. The shows will be the band’s first live gigs in over five years and the group are set to perform in cities such as Madrid and Milan on the tour before heading to London.
Supertramp’s Rick Davies (founder, lead singer and keyboardist), John Anthony Helliwell (saxophnes and woodwinds) and Bob Siebenberg (drums) will be joined by touring members Jess Siebenberg, Cliff Hugo, Carl Verheyen and Cassie Miller along with Mark Hart for the 2015 Supertramp Forever tour.
The retrospective concert will include a new stage production and celebrate Supertramp’s history with the group playing tracks from their classic albums.
Tickets go on general sale on Friday 27 February for their London concert.
