Noel Gallagher would take U2 to the beach
Noel Gallagher has revealed his desert island playlist, which includes tracks by U2, The Sex Pistols and David Bowie.

The Oasis vocalist and solo star featured on BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs where he revealed his eight tracks that make up his desert island playlist. The singer went on to explain why each track meant something to him.

The complete playlist included tracks from some of Britain’s most acclaimed rock’n’roll stars, including The Sex Pistols, Pink Floyd, David Bowie, The Smiths and The Beatles.

The list also featured a nod to his wife, Sarah, with their wedding song, By My Baby by The Ronettes, making the cut.

Noel Gallagher went on to confess his love for U2. He said, “I love U2. If you don't get it, you don't get it, and shame on you if not."

He selected their classic With or without You. The choice comes as no surprise because Noel Gallagher has previously admired the band’s music. He recently praised their 2015 Innocence and Experience tour, which visits the UK during October. Check out Noel Gallagher’s desert island playlist below.
