10 Aug 2015
Bring Me The Horizon have announced two shows prior to their main stage slot at Reading and Leeds Festival.
The Happy Song band will take to the stage in Oxford and Liverpool in preparation for their shows at Reading and Leeds Festival, where they will perform on the main stage.
The band are to play O2 Academy Liverpool on 26 August and O2 Academy Oxford on 27 August. The gigs are in preparation for Bring Me The Horizon’s shows at Reading and Leeds Festival.
The five-piece will take to the stage at Reading Festival on Saturday 28 August and Leeds Festival on 30 August. They will perform on the main stage ahead of Metallica, who headline the event with The Libertines and Mumford and Sons.
Bring Me The Horizon will release their fifth album, That's The Spirit, on 11 September. The collection includes Happy Song and Throne. The album is said to be a shift from their usual heavy metal sound and focuses on a more alternative rock style.
Last year, Bring Me The Horizon played their biggest gig to date at London’s Wembley Arena. Tickets are available here to see the group live.
