5 Seconds of Summer confirm 2016 UK and Ireland tour
12 Oct 2015
The Aussie boys 5 Seconds of Summer will return to the UK and Ireland in April 2016 for an arena tour.
The pop-punk-rock band have confirmed 11 concerts on their 2016 tour, which will start at Sheffield Arena on 5 April.
Touring through the country, their live dates will include two concerts at London’s The O2 arena and shows in the likes of Manchester, Newcastle and Nottingham. See below for full tour dates.
Their tour supports their new album, Sounds Good Feels Good, which is due for release on 23 October. So fans will have plenty of time to listen to their new material before the group tour it around the country.
The album is their second release and includes She’s Kinda Hot and Hey Everybody! Following their self-titled debut, 5SOS have a lot to live up to with Sounds Good Feels Good. Their first collection charted at No.1 in numerous countries and peaked at No.2 in the UK.
The boys’ tour follows their 2015 Rock Out With Your Sock Out tour. The concerts saw the four-piece headline UK and Irish arenas for the first time.
5 Seconds of Summer tickets will go on general sale on Friday 16 October. Ticket presales start on Wednesday 14 October.
