New Enrique Iglesias Album Euphoria Out
06 Oct 2010
Enrique Iglesias returns with the brand new album, “Euphoria” and the album’s lead single, “Heartbeat” featuring Pussycat Dolls’ Nicole Scherzinger on guest vocals.
“Euphoria,” a collection of songs performed in both, English and Spanish, Enrique Iglesias’s mother tongue, features a string of contributions by top performers, such as Pitbull, Akon and Usher amongst many more.
The album hit the top spots on the US Latin Billboard Charts and is steadily climbing the UK album Top10.
The poster boy launched his music career in 1995 with his eponymous titled debut, “Enrique Iglesias” and has since frequented the top spots of the music charts around the globe. Enrique has released albums sung in both, Spanish and English and, his current album, “Euphoria” is Enrique’s first bilingual album.
The son of 70’s crooner, Julio Iglesias is close on the toes of his successful dad. With 260 million sold record, Enrique’s dad ranks amongst the most successful artists in history. And Enrique is continuing the family tradition. He signed one of the largest record deals ever with Universal and Interscope Records and the continuing chart success confirms the hype around the Latin heartthrob, who has enjoyed charts hits with his songs "Bailamos" or the balled “Hero,” amongst many other Platinum and Multi-Platinum singles and albums.
“I Like It,” featuring Pitbull off his current album made it #4 in the UK single charts and new single, the electro-poppy “Heartbeat” with the beautiful, Coldplay-like dreamy piano parts is likely to mirror the success.
