Slash Has Nothing To Fear
26 Jan 2012
Slash is trying his hands on filmmaking. The legendary Guns N’ Roses guitarist has had his first film “Nothing to Fear” picked by Anchor Bay Films at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.
While Slash is busy with extracurricular activities away from music, his former band mate Axl Rose is apparently planning some “big stuff” with his band Guns n’ Roses. Guns N’ Roses have recently finished their US arena tour and according to G’n’R bassist Tommy Stinson , the band is planning “big stuff.” If tis includes the long-awaited and much speculated reunion with Slash remains wishful-thinking.
But Stinson went on to say, “We had a really good time. The camaraderie was huge. Especially with Axl Rose and the band, and the band with the band. I think the addition of DJ Ashba has been really good; I think people are responding to him and I think the band is responding to…y’know, we got no adversaries; we’re just all having a good time with it.”
