Girls Aloud will reform for the girl group’s 10th anniversary in 2013.
Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle confirmed the comeback and hinted at a full-scale UK arena tour in the next year and a couple of new songs but no new album.
“I know everyone’s been speculating about what we will do. says Nadine Coyle, “It will be arena dates at the start of next year and we will have new music to go with it.”
Rumours talked about the reality-TV girl group reforming as part of the London Olympics 2012 but it now looks Girls Aloud will be dominating the headlines next year.
Cheryl Cole, Kimberly Walsh, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding formed the band in 2002 on the reality TV show “Popstars: The Rivals.” Girls Aloud went on to major chart success in the UK. The band decided to take an indefinite break in 2009 for the members to pursue individual solo projects.
