The Cribs Join Kasabian and Noel Gallagher For Dublin Show

The Cribs have been added to Kasabian’s massive Marlay Park gig in Dublin on Thursday, 23rd August. The Yorkshire indie boys join special guest, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds as warm-up for Kasabian’s gargantuan open-air event.
The concert is part of the Kasabian live onslaught this summer that sees the band headline T in the Park in Scotland and the massive Reading & Leeds Festival double-header. The band is touring their most recent album, the brilliant ‘Velociraptor’ and you can be there with Kasabian tickets.

‘In the Belly of the Brazan Bull’ is The Cribs’ latest offering and the band’s follow-up to their 2009 album ‘Ignore the Ignorant,’ the album featuring former The Smiths guitar legend Johnny Marr temporarily as full-time member on album and its subsequent tour. ‘In the Belly of the Brazan Bull’ is out on Wichita Recordings and includes The Cribs singles ‘Chi-Town’ and ‘Come On, Be a No-One.’
Noel Gallagher and his new band High Flying Birds are still on promotional duties for the former Oasis songsmith’s debut solo album, the eponymously titled Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds. The album went double Platinum and has been frequently rated as one of the best releases of the last year. By the time of the Dublin Marlay Park show Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will have a new single out. ‘Everybody’s on the Run’ will be the 5th single taken off the Britpop legend’s album.
