December 2012
Sheffield, Motorpoint Arena (Saturday, 8th December 2012)

UK fans last had the chance to see the Britpop survivors back in March when Pulp joined the line up for the Teenage Cancer Trust charity at the London Royal Albert Hall. During the sold-out show, the band reunited with their former Pulp guitarist and now successful solo artist, Richard Hawley and also joining the band on stage was Jarvis Cocker's sister Saskia who worked with her brother's band on their first-ever album 'It' in 1983.

Pulp rocked through a career-spawning set with newly rediscoverd verve and energy. As if anyone would need proof; but check out the video below and see Pulp at The Albert Hall playing on top of their game. If this performance is anything to go by, Pulp's own forthcoming headline homecoming show in December will be stunning!

Pulp enjoyed a string of massive hits during the 90's, especially the album 'Different Class' spawned the hits 'Disco 2000,' 'Common People,' 'Sorted for E's & Wizz' and 'Miss-Shapes.' The success catapulted Pulp to become one of the most successful UK bands from the Britpop era and Jarvis Cocker's witty and down-right British way of story-telling along with his charismatic stage presence, and not to forget his gawky, at times Lee Evans-like stage moves helped the band to endure and stay relevant to this day - long after most other Britpop bands have been forgotten about.

Don’t miss the opportunity to see Pulp in action when they perform before Christmas. Pulp on your Christmas list!
