Andy Murray progresses to third round of Wimbledon
Andy Murray beat Dutchman Robin Haase and will advance to the third round of the Wimbledon Championships.
The British tennis star defeated Robin Haase 6-1 3-1 6-4 during a match on the Centre Court on Thursday 2 July.

The win means that Andy Murray is through to the third round and will take on Andreas Seppi on Saturday. The Italian player seeded 25 and faced the Croatian Borna Coric during the second round.

Elsewhere on the courts, James Ward – another Brit – progressed to the third round. He will play Vasek Pospisil from Canada.

However, there was a shock exit from 14-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal who was knocked out of the tournament by Dustin Brown who is ranked 102 to Nadal’s 10.

The 2015 Wimbledon Championships continue until Sunday 12 July when the Grand Slam Men’s Final will take place. Centre Court and Number 1 Court Wimbledon tickets can be purchased here.
