Andy Murray enters Wimbledon quarterfinals

Andy Murray has stormed into the Wimbledon quarterfinals for the eighth year in a row after beating Ivo Karlovic.
The Scot took to the Centre Court yesterday (Monday 6 July) where he faced the 6ft 11in Ivo Karlovic from Croatia. Andy Murray came out on top beating Ivo Karlovic 7-6 (9-7) 6-4 5-7 6-4 in just over three hours.
The win means that the 28-year-old tennis star is now in the last eight and will go on to face Canadian player Vasek Pospisil.
Elsewhere in the Men’s Singles quarterfinals, Stan Wawrinka will face Richard Gasquet and Roger Federer takes on Gilles Simon. Marin Cilic will ether play Novak Djokovic or Kevin Anderson in the quarterfinals, depending on the result of their match which was suspended yesterday and has resumed today.
The Wimbledon Men’s Singles Final will take place on Sunday 12 July. Tickets are on sale here for Wimbledon 2015.
