NFL International Series 2016
Updated: 19 January 2016
Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Giants, Indianapolis Colts, St Louis Rams, Cincinnati Bengals, and Washington Redskins will take part in the 2016 NFL International Series!
The NFL International Series will return to London for three games this autumn. This time all three games will take place during October 2016.
The first of three games will see Jacksonville Jaguars, who return to Wembley Stadium after taking part in the 2015 NFL International Series, host Indianapolis Colts on Sunday 2 October.
St. Louis Rams will then host New York Giants, following the result of the 2015 season, at the second game on 23 October. Taking place at London’s Twickenham Stadium, it will be the first NFL International game to be held at the venue, and it will mark the Giants first game in London since 2007.
The Rams were set to host the NFC East team that finished in the same place as they did in the NFC West, which meant they could have played the Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys or New York Giants. Both the New York Giants and St. Louis Rams finished third during 2015.
The final of the three NFL international Series games sees a return to Wembley Stadium on 30 October. Cincinnati Bengals – who will make their London debut – will host Washington Redskins.
The 2016 NFL International Series follows in 2015’s footsteps with two back-to-back Sunday games. This means fans can really get involved with the NFL action with consecutive matches. The 2016 series marks the fourth time the Jacksonville Jaguars will compete in the UK.
Back your team this October and join the NFL action. 2016 NFL International Series tickets are now on sale.
