UK's #1 classic star, Katherine Jenkins bagged one of the most lucrative record deals in music history. After an audition by Universal 'Classics & Jazz' Records, Ketherine Jenkins was offered a 6-album deal, worth an estimated £1 million.

The former tour guide, model and Face of Wales 2000 has since enjoyed pop star status with six of her studio albums reaching #1 in the classical charts.

The Welsh vocal talent became a household name after her appearance at Westminster Cathedral in honour of Pope John Paul II's Silver Jubilee in 2003.
