Hot on the heels of their sell-out gig at New York’s Madison Square Garden, Above & Beyond have announced a one-off show in London.

The DJ trio will whip crowds into a frenzy at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on 3 April. It will be the group’s first stand-alone gig in the UK since their 2013 Alexandra Palace concert, which saw tickets sell out.

Sumer 2014 saw the group perform at a number of festivals including headlining South West Four in London, playing at Creamfields and V Festival.

Above & Beyond recently became the first British DJs to sell out and headline the iconic Madison Square Gardens in New York. The concert was in celebration of their 100th episode of their radio show, Group Therapy, and saw Above & Beyond live broadcast the episode across the world.

Last year, Above & Beyond headed to London’s Alexandra Palace to celebrate the 50th episode of Group Therapy. Another huge success, tickets sold out to see Tony, Jono and Paavo.

Above & Beyond are to release their latest album, We Are All We Need, in January 2015. The album included collaborations with Andrew Bayer, who helped to produce the record, and vocals from Alex Vargas and Zoe Johnston.

The troupe have described the collection of 16 tracks as an album that explores human experience, the relationships that are had and the emotions that are felt.

The trio have been known as Above & Beyond after McGuiness joined Paavo Siljamaki and Jono Grant. Grant and Silijamaki had previously set up the label Anjunabeats around 15 years ago and where they were producing remixes and singles. Along with McGuiness, they went on to set up the sub-label Anjuadeep in 2005. Since the group have been a constant in The 100 DJs Poll by DJ Magazine.
