Band of Skulls
Band of Skulls is Southampton trio, Matthew Hayward (Drums), Russell Marsden (Guitar & Vocals) and Emma Richardson (Bass Guitar & Vocals).
The band has been around since 2004. Originally called Fleeing New York, the band changed their name to Band of Skulls in 2008.
Their pop-indie cross-over sound had taken the public by storm. Playing at the Forum in Kentish town, the band produced their first album Baby Darling Doll Face Honey (20 March 2009) and have rocketed to fame with a huge amount of material being used on TV, films and commercials. Notably, “Friends” (The Twilight Saga: New Moon), "Light of the Morning" (The Hangover) and "Blood" ("True Blood").
