Black Stone Cherry to play Glasgow

Black Stone Cherry will head to Scotland this summer to play a show in Glasgow.
The group behind tracks White Trash Millionaire and Blame it on the Boom Boom will perform at the Glasgow Garage on 11 June.
The concert follows on from their 2014 tour which saw the group play arenas around the country including a headline concert at London’s Wembley Arena.

Black Stone Cherry have added two Irish dates to their October tour. Black Stone Cherry will perform at The Academy Dublin and Belfast’s Mandela Hall, ahead of their UK shows.

Black Stone Cherry will head out on their first UK headline arena tour in October and November 2014.
The tour will see the US rockers perform in Glasgow, Sheffield, Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester and, a final date, at London’s Wembley Arena.
Black Stone Cherry will be supported by Airbourne and Theory of a Deadman for all tour dates.

About Black Stone Cherry
Black Stone Cherry – Chris Robertson (vocals), Ben Wells (guitar), Jon Lawhon (bass) and John Fred Young (drums) – hail from Kentucky, US and officially formed in 2001.
Throughout the years, Black Stone Cherry have toured with the likes of Nickelback and Motorhead along with playing at some of the best rock festivals in the world including Download Festival and Hard Rock Calling Festival in the UK.
Black Stone Cherry have released three studio albums. Their first, Black Stone Cherry, was released in 2006 with Folklore and Superstition following in 2008. They released Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea in 2011 and are due to release their fourth studio album, Magic Mountain, in May.
Some of their most well-known songs include White Trash Millionaire and Blame It On The Boom Boom from the album Between the Devil and Deep Blue Sea as well as Lonely Train from their self-titled debut album.
Black Stone Cherry are set to head out on their biggest tour of the UK in November. For the first time they will headline arena shows in the UK with dates in Sheffield, Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester and London. Black Stone Cherry will be joined by Airborne and Theory of a Deadman for their UK dates.
