John Legend tours the UK in October in support of his hit album Love In The Future.

The singer-songwriter will bring his All Of Me tour to the UK with dates in Manchester, Newcastle, Cardiff, Nottingham and Birmingham. The John Legend tour includes a final date at the Eventim Hammersmith Apollo in London on 16 October 2014.

The tour is in support of 2013’s Love In The Future. The album includes his hit single All Of Me, which spent nine weeks in the Top 10 on the UK charts.

The multi-platinum, award winning R&B superstar, John Legend released his latest album Love In The Future last year. The album cemented his position as one of the today’s most talent musicians selling over half a million copies in the UK and landing him a Grammy award nomination.

Love In The Future includes John Legend’s hit single, All Of Me, which has spent nine weeks in the Top 10 on the Official UK Singles Chart. It is John Legend’s fourth studio album and a follow-up his collaborative album with The Roots, Wake Up! (2010).

John Legend, whose real name is John Stevens, started out as a session vocalist and pianist but soon his raw talent and piano skills got him noticed with the right people. John Legend announced his UK tour in May 2014. The American singer, who has played very few UK shows, initially announced a six-date tour but quickly expanded the John Legend tour with two additional dates. The extra dates will take place in Manchester and London and follow the high interest and demand in John Legend tickets.

John Legend’s 2014 album, Love In the Future, was his highest charting album in the UK. The album peaked at No.2 on the UK charts with its single, All Of Me, also reaching the No.2 spot. Previously, John Legend had a UK Top Ten with his 2006 release Once Again.

The breakthrough hit All Of Me, that is the title of his forthcoming tour, has sold over 700,000 copies to date according to the Official Charts Company. It is currently No.3 in the UK’s Top 40 midyear chart and has spent a whopping 18 weeks in the Top 10 of the official singles chart.
