Since Keane first emerged on the scene with their debut album Hopes and Fears and their global hit Everybody’s Changing, Tom Chaplin, Tim Rice-Oxley and Richard Hughes have been changing the Keane sound over the years.

With the addition of bassist Jesse Quin, who joined the band in 2008, Keane's early trademark wide-screen, cinematic sounds matured on third album, Perfect Symmetry, into even more catchy, synth-dominated songs with distinct 80's vibes. In 2012 Keane delivered Strangeland, offering another twist to their sound.
