2016 marks the twentieth year of Moseley Shoals and Ocean Colour Scene will celebrate the landmark with a number of UK concerts.
Mosley Shoals was released in 1996 and echoes the band’s Birmingham’s roots. Released during the Britpop era, the album contains singles The Riverboat Song, The Day We Caught The Train, You’ve Got It Bad and The Circle.
The group will start their celebrations during the summer with a number of open-air concerts. The band will play two shows where it all started in Birmingham on 15 and 16 July, taking place in Moseley Park.
Later in July, Ocean Colour Scene will head to Leeds for a duo of shows in Millennium Square on 23 and 24 July 2016.
December sees the band return to the road for short tour with dates in Manchester, Glasgow and London. The band will play Manchester O2 Apollo on 8 December, Glasgow’s The SSE Hydro on 10 December and London’s Eventim Apollo on 12 December.
