Olly Murs found fame through the 2009 British talent show The X-Factor. Earning himself the reputation as the Essex Charmer with his funky dance moves and swaying hips, Olly Murs went onto sign to pop mogul Simon Cowell’s label Syco and American Sony imprint, Epic Records.

He went onto release his self-titled album Olly Murs in November 2010 which reached double platinum in the UK. It contained the hits, "Please Don't Let Me Go" and "Thinking of Me”.

Olly Murs released his second album “In Case You Didn't Know” in November 2011 and had the pop singles "Heart Skips a Beat" (with new rapper Rizzle Kicks) and “Dance with Me Tonight”.

He went onto collect "Best Male Artist" at the BT Digital Music Awards in September 2011 and turned on the Christmas lights at  Bristol shopping centre.

Olly Murs supported Gary Barlow when he played his solo show at the Royal Albert Hall on and started his UK Tour in February 2012 at the Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff. The Essex lad recently sold 150,000 tickets for his 2012 UK tour.

In March 2012, Olly Murs sang side-by-side with hip-hop duo Rizzle Kicks and gave a stellar performance on the 2012 BRIT Awards at the O2 Arena, London.
