Passenger 2014 UK tour

Passenger will tour the UK and Ireland later this year in support of his fifth album, Whispers.
The singer-songwriters’ tour will kick off on 8 November 2014 in his hometown of Brighton. He will play two shows in Brighton before the tour continues across the country into December.
The tour includes performances in the likes of Manchester, Dublin and Leeds ending with a duo of shows at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on 7 December 2014.
Passenger, whose real name is Michael Rosenberg, will also take his Whispers tour to Scotland where he will play shows in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
He released his fifth solo album, Whispers, in June 2014 that became a Top 5 hit. It is the follow up to 2012’s All The Lights.
Michael Rosenberg is Passenger. The singer-songwriter, who hails from Brighton, originally started out in the band Passenger. The band formed in 2003 but disbanded in 2009 and, following their split in 2009, Rosenberg kept the name.
Since going solo Passenger has released five albums. His first was 2009’s Wide Eyes Blind Love, followed by Divers & Submarines and Flight Of The Crow in 2010.
Passenger then signed to the label Black Crow in 2012. In the same year, he released the album All The Little Lights. The album proved to be his biggest success peaking at No.3 on the Official UK Singles Chart. The album included the No.2 single Let Her Go.
Passenger followed up the success of his 2012 album with Whispers in June 2014. Another chart success, Whispers entered the Top 5 on the UK albums chart. In support of the album Passenger will tour the UK and Ireland in November and December 2014. The Passenger tour will include multiple dates in his hometown of Brighton and London.
