Peter Murphy is a founding member of legendary Goth-Rocker, Bauhaus. The band formed in 1979 but disbanded after just 4 albums in 1983.
Peter Murphy embarked on a solo career after the members of Bauhaus decided to go separate ways. Murphy formed the short-lived side-project Dali’s Car with the late Mick Karn, bassist with New Romantic band, Japan.
Murphy went on to record several solo albums, including this year’s “Ninth.”
