Primal Scream have announced a series of Scottish summer concerts in June 2012. The Scottish indie icons are also confirmed to appear at various summer festivals and Primal Scream will also appear as Special Guests at The Stone Roses comeback concerts in Manchester Heaton Park. The band is currently celebrating the anniversary of their classic "Screamadelica" album. The Andrew Weatherall produced “Screamadelica” was released in 1990 and successfully fused indie-rock with acid-house dance elements. The big single off the album was “Loaded,” which would become a massive indie club anthem around the globe, but “Screamadelica” also featured Primal Scream classics, such as “Movin’ On Up,” “Higher Than The Sun’” or the cover of the 13th Floor Elevator song “Slip Inside This House.”
