Three new UK shows added

Queen have added three new UK shows to their upcoming tour with Adam Lambert. The new dates are Liverpool (26 February), London (24) and Sheffield (27).

Queen have added a second date in London to their tour of the UK due to huge demand to the see the legends and their new frontman.
Queen and Adam Lambert will now perform at London’s The O2 arena on 17 and 18 January. The tour will also visit Newcastle, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham.

The partnership of Queen and Adam Lambert first occurred during Lambert’s days on American Idol. During the final of American Idol Adam Lambert performed with Queen singing their track We Are The Champions. It was clear that it was the start of something special.
In 2011 they teamed up again. This time it was for the MTV European Music Awards. Following this, Queen and Adam Lambert started what was to become their critically acclaimed tour. Queen and Lambert started in the UK playing three shows at London’s Hammersmith Apollo, here tickets sold out to see the legendary band and their new frontman.
They went on the play several dates around Europe that soon evolved into a huge world tour which has since visited North America, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Tickets sold out in record time for their 24-date tour of the US.

Queen + Adam Lambert announce concerts

Following the cancellation of Sonisphere Festival, Queen with current frontman, Adam Lambert, announce two headline shows at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on 11 and 12 July.
The Bohemian Rhapsody stars will be performing a career spawning set that includes all your favourite Queen moments including We Are the Champions and Another One Bites the Dust, amongst the many other rock classics this band has produced in their 40+ year career. Fans will also be treated to a selection of brand-new Queen songs off the band's most recent albums.
Filling the shoes of an icon such as Queen's legendary frontman Freddie Mercury is near impossible but Adam Lambert has received praise for his performance. Queen are still in demand today, their Greatest Hits package has just recently be named as the "Biggest-Selling UK album of all time."
