Rebecca Ferguson rescheduled tour dates

Rebecca Ferguson has rescheduled her January and February 2016 dates to October and November.
The singer will now start her UK tour dates on 23 October in Llandudno. The tour will then head around the country ending on 15 November in Leicester.
The tour follows the release of Lady Sings The Blues, which is a cover of the acclaimed jazz singer Billie Holiday’s album of the same name.

Rebecca Ferguson will head out on a nationwide tour in January 2016 following the release of Lady Sings The Blues.
The soul, blues and jazz singer’s tour will take place throughout January and February 2016 and will include concerts in cities such as Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Nottingham. The tour will also include a homecoming show at Liverpool’s Philharmonic Hall on 8 February.
The tour will kick off on 22 January 2016 at Oxford New Theatre and come to an end on 18 February 2016 at Southampton O2 Guildhall.

Rebecca Ferguson was born in 1987 and originates from Liverpool. She rose to fame in 2010 through the British talent show The X Factor and was known for her sultry renditions of the classic Candle in the Wind and Duffy's Distant Dreamer.
Rebecca Ferguson narrowly missed out on being crowned the winner, coming in second place to Matt Cardle. However, this didn’t stop the singer as after the show Rebecca Ferguson signed a joint music deal with Simon Cowells’ record label Syco Music and Epic records.
Her debut album, Heaven released in 2011, was a success charting at No.3 in the UK. She went on to embark on a UK tour the following year. In the same year Rebecca Ferguson was nominated for a number of awards include two MOBO Awards and an MTV Europe Music Award.
Freedom followed in 2013 and again gave Rebecca Ferguson a Top 10 hit. The album included the lead single I Hope along with a duet with American R&B and soul superstar John Legend.
Rebecca Ferguson’s latest release, Lady Sings the Blues, is a take on Billie Holiday’s album of the same name. The collection includes covers of tracks previously performed by Billie Holiday that feature on the 1956 album, including lead single Get Happy.
